From a head office in Shanghai, Explore CRS places teachers and other education professionals in schools across Asia and the Middle East.
- Design and develop a new corporate website based on Explore CRS’s newly established brand.
- Allow candidates to create accounts and log in by email, Google ID, or Facebook ID.
- Develop candidate profiles including up to 60 data fields.
- Develop a job search for candidates, filterable by combination of 5 data fields.
- In separate section, allow school recruiters to log in and manage profiles including up to 30 data fields.
- Allow schools to search for registered candidates filtered by combination of 6 data fields.
- Allow schools to download a dynamically-generated candidate CV in .pdf format, based on their current profile data.
- Set up client’s selected new CRM (Bullhorn), and integrate all related data fields between website and CRM.
- Set up Google Analytics, including goal/conversion tracking for new user registration.
- Provide post-launch updates, maintenance, and support on an ongoing basis.
New logo was provided by the Client.

Deploy site to two regional servers while maintaining data integrity with original sources.
New account Onboarding Process
To help new candidates get registered as easily as possible, we designed an interactive onboarding process. The candidate’s account is saved immediately upon submission, allowing him/her to return later to complete their full extended profile.
Profiles for Candidates
7 sections, 57 total data fields including conditional logic. Candidates can save their progress, and return later to completely fill their data.
Instant Job Search for Candidates
Full list of available jobs, with dynamic updates by combination of filters. Registered and logged in candidates have access to more job info, as well as ability to apply for jobs directly.
Profiles for Schools + School Recruiters
In a separate section, school recruiters have their own profiles, affecting their access and data throughout other parts of the site.
Instant Candidate Search for Recruiters
By combination of 6 data fields, using information entered in candidate profiles. Only candidates with client consultant approval appear in the search results, ensuring all candidates are vetted and key info remains confidential.
Bullhorn CRM Setup + Integration
We configured 151 data fields across 4 object types in our client’s newly registered CRM (Bullhorn). All data is API-integrated between the website and the CRM, with updates reflected in real time on both sides.
